EMR Specialist

This is a position within our eClinicalWorks/EMR technical support and training team. The EMR Technical Specialist primary responsibilities will be implementation, software configurations, workflow development, clinical reporting development, deployment and support of the software for our Team Members.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Team Members to ensure that they are current with software usage.
  • Ensure that Team Members are up-to-date with flow and process as required by the practice.
  • Design and configure eClinicalWorks templates, workflows and reports.
  • Access and troubleshoot technical issues encountered by Team Members.
  • Help enhance the eCW process at the clinics.
  • Able to provide training and know the INs and OUTs of the software.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related area.
  • Minimum of three years EMR system experience, including training, installation, issue resolution, and workflow development - eClinicalWorks a must.
  • Experience in health care or healthcare information technology.
  • Demonstrated skills with healthcare data standard codes such as ICD-9/ICD-10, CPT.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish


Family Practitioner

We have a Family Practitioner position available for our clinics. F/T or P/T and  bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Family Practitioner will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services, as appropriate and necessary. He/she will take medical histories, examine and treat patients, order and interpret laboratory tests and x rays, and make diagnoses. He/she will also treat minor injuries, by suturing, splinting, and casting. Family Practitioner will record progress notes, instruct and counsel patients, and order or carry out therapy. Schedule is flexible, based on availability. Further details will be discussed and compensation is based on experience.

Physician Assistant

We have a Physician Assistant position available for our clinics. F/T or P/T and MUST be bilingual in Spanish.

Physician assistants (PA's) will practice medicine under the supervision of physicians, will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services, as delegated by a physician. They will take medical histories, examine and treat patients, order and interpret laboratory tests and x rays, and make diagnoses. Medical Assistant

Medical Clinics in Lake Fores, Anaheim and Riverside seeking three experienced Medical Assistants to join our group. Must be enthusiastic, willing to do MARKETING, have great communication skills, be able to multitask, and be able to do front and back office. However, this position will be mostly for front office and must be professional, able to handle a fast pace environment and be able to type at least 40 wpm.

You must have 3 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, COMPUTER SKILLS, and BILINGUAL in Spanish are a MUST. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR RESUME if you do not meet the qualifications.

Duties:

  • Experience with EMR.
  • Handling and answering external as well as internal phone calls and transferring calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Managing patient's appointments, when necessary.
  • Giving registration forms to the patients and getting all the necessary information filled from them.
  • Handling data entry tasks.
  • Registration, filing and maintenance of medical records and documents.
  • Initiating and maintaining correspondence with patients and insurance companies.
  • Maintaining records of purchased equipment and other medical supplies.
  • Rooming and taking vitals.
  • Chart preparation.
  • EKG, drawing blood, and injections.
  • Applying and changing dressings.
  • Working in the medical labs, if required.
  • Obtaining daily observations of the patient's health and reporting them to the concerned doctor.
  • Maintaining health records of the patient and producing it, whenever necessary.
  • Collecting urine samples and sending them for diagnosis.
